College students now are having their second home called Mid Places due to traffic problem in Metro Manila. Students spends more time in a vehicle more than their study tables.

According to some parents whom I have talked to, they save on the cost of bringing their sons and daughters every day to and from school/colleges/universities. It also gives the student more study time and not exhaust themselves on travel time.

And since they are exhausted their mental comprehension suffers. Thereby their grades are affected.
